Instead of giving you a one-size-fits-all plan, I work alongside you to uncover what truly supports your body, your goals, and your lifestyle. Together, we’ll build your understanding of nutrition and empower you with the tools and confidence to make healthy choices, so you continue to thrive long after our sessions.

Step 1: A FREE 15 Minute Consultation

This is to understand your symptoms and goals and to explain how it all works to support you.

Step 2: Agree Approach

I undertake a full health review, diet analysis, medication and supplement review, from which we agree a personalised plan, functional testing & supplements (if appropriate).

Step 3: Individual Ongoing Support

Follow-up meetings to update your personalised plan, talk about any challenges you’ve faced and assess your goals so that you can stay on track.
